It’s completely up to you! Many clients like to be involved during the first session, while others prefer to step away and return to a beautifully organised reveal. We’ll chat about your preferences during our consultation and plan accordingly.

Never!
This is a judgment-free zone. You’re always in control of what stays or goes. Our goal is to guide and support you — helping you make decisions that align with your lifestyle, space, and goals.
4. Do you supply storage products or can I use what I already have?
Both! We can work with your existing baskets and containers, or source beautiful, functional products that fit your space and budget. Product sourcing and styling can be included in your service if you’d like a complete finish.
5. How long does a session take?
Each space is unique, but most organising sessions run between 3 to 6 hours. Larger projects (like whole-home resets or commercial spaces) may take multiple sessions. We’ll provide a clear estimate after your consultation.

Pricing depends on the size and type of project, as well as whether product sourcing or styling is included. We offer free quotes after a short phone or video consultation to make sure you only pay for what you need.

We’re based on the Sunshine Coast and proudly service Gympie through to Brisbane. Travel fees may apply for locations outside these areas — we’ll confirm that before booking.

Nothing! You don’t need to tidy or clean before we arrive — we promise, we’ve seen it all. A quick chat beforehand will help us plan and bring what’s needed for your session.
